What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is free for all orders over $95 except Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $95, shipping charges will be actual charges by UPS. We apply flat rate shipping, For all orders to be shipped to Korea, we charge flat rate shipping which is 5,900 KRW.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, Master and Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
Usually 3 to 5 business days for continental US. Please add 3 more days for all orders to be shipped to Korea.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All transactions except Paypal will be done on Authorize.net's secure server.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We ship out most orders in 24 hours.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will see your order history in My Account page.
